Pre-Production Policy
One of the most
important components to any successful show or performance is
complete and accurate
pre-production planning. In fact, the lack of adequate
pre-production planning is the main reason most shows or
performances are less than successful and quite often lead to cost over-runs. That's
why before we set up to run the sound for your event, we take the time to
listen to you and then ask questions, in order to make
sure we're all on the same page.
The pre-production
process includes establishing the following parameters;
- your overall project goal or concept
- the correct stage and area
layout
- the correct number and
types of performers
- the correct time schedule
including set-up and tear-down
Remember, we want
everything to be perfect because our reputation is also on the line.
